Managing recording in progress

During recording, you will see a small recording control widget which counts the time and allows you to control the recording.

You can use it to finish, restart, and delete the recording.

To hide it, right-click it and select Hide current recording control Please note that it won't appear in the final recording if you are using macOS 12.3 or above.

You can also use a shortcut `command`+`option`+`’` to hide or display recording control. More information about Screen Studio shortcuts can be found here.
